Dr. Khan is a Consultant Rheumatologist and Physician based in Lahore and is currently working as Associate Professor of Rheumatology at Shalamar Hospital, Pakistan.She specialises in the acute and long term management of all rheumatological conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Spondyloarthropathies, Psoriatic arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Gout/Pseudo-gout, Vasculitidies, Osteoporosis, Soft tissue rheumatism, and Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. Her other specialist interests include the diagnosis and the treatment of conditions like Fibromyalgia, Sjogren syndrome, Vasculitis, Giant Cell Arteritis, and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. In addition to managing the above-mentioned conditions, she is an expert on the management of Macrophage Activation Syndrome and has presented her case studies at various international meetings. Dr. Khan has a strong academic interest and continuously strives to improve her skills and knowledge. She is an excellent teacher and has actively engaged in promoting and highlighting the early identification and treatment of rheumatological diseases.
